We have a casual vacancy for a room attendant based in Darling Harbour (15 minute walk from Town Hall). This falls under the hospitality award.
You would be required to perform general cleaning duties such as bed making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and setting up apartments for incoming guests.
Starting time is from 9:00am, shifts rostered from Monday- Sunday Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays is an advantage
Housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential. We will provide training.
Language is no barrier to work for us :)
Requirements
Suitable candidates must:
have a valid visa to work in Australia (international students are welcome to apply)
have a Tax File Number
be able to work under pressure and within time limits
be reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic
look presentable as you will be seeing guests and representing our company and the Hotels reputation
preferrably female - working with our current team of female housekeepers
have a happy and positive with a willing to learn attitude
